The Challenge that is Flora and Fauna Macro Photography
The trickiest form of Macro I tried was definitely Flora and Fauna. Getting photos of living things is pretty difficult, and then add in the difficulty of trying to focus and holding really still (and possibly holding an external light). It gets a little crazy. But I am always up for a challenge! Some people use tripods while shooting Macro to help stabalize and get steady shots at lower lights. But for shooting Flora and Fauna I wanted more flexibility.
Most of these were outdoors, which gave me more light to work with. As you can probably tell I did not get any really great shots of Fauna/small insects.
