This week I got to try out a new photography technique called the Invisible Black Backdrop. It was my first attempt at it, and I found it was a little tricky to figure out. However I feel like I was able to get some pretty good shots, and I had some very patient roommates that helped me out! These are my final photographs:
As you can probably tell from the photo below, you can literally do this anywhere (please excuse the mess). The setup required a speed flash, trigger, flash bender, and some awesome helpers. The tripod is representing where my camera would be, forming a triangle shape with the flash, camera, and subject. This helps create cool shadows and interesting photos.
