The Lift Restaurant
While we were in Jackson Hole, Wyoming a couple weeks ago we stopped at a cool little restaurant called The Lift. The atmosphere and style was very fitting for the whole feel of Jackson Hole and the food was phenomenal! The presentation of food has always been interesting to me and The Lift provided us with some beautiful plates. This just proves how art can take many different forms.
For these shots I used my 50mm lens and kept the aperture large (1.8) to get a nice soft background. A lot of these were shot with natural lighting, but a few were indoors with artificial lights. If you want some more tips on lighting with restaurant food photography check out this post on fstoppers.com.
And the cherry on top!
